Hello! New E-bike owners, at UrbanLair we all are e-bike enthusiast and we would like to answers few questions that you might have. We want our customer to have the info required to ride safely. 

Q. I have never assembled an e-bike before, what should i do ?

All our products are 80% assembled, all you have to do it attach the front tire and peddles.

Q. I don't have any equipments to assemble the bike ?

Don't worry! All bikes comes with a manual and kit to assemble the bike. It will have all the needed tools for you. You get to keep those tool.   

Q. Do i need a license and insurance for the bike ?

This depends where you are located. You need to look up the local e-bike laws. But usually in majority of places they don't need to have one.

Q. Can i ride it without protection ?

One should always wear a helmet and gloves while riding the bike. If traveling in night a high-visibility jacket will help you in being visible to the drivers.

Q. What should i do get a flat tire ?

All parts for our products are readily available in any general ebike repair shops. If you are struggling to find a part please contact us, we would be glad to help you.

Q. How can i make sure that the bike in alway in good condition to ride ? 

You need to take it to a repair shop after every 1000mile for a full maintnaces. Change the break pads, clean the chain etc.

Q. Can i ride in snow ?

The tire are studded so they can be ridden in snow but it would on your own risk.
